आवश्यक सूचना: UG Semester 3 Examination(2023-27) के लिए Exam form की अंतिम तिथि 05/03/2025 04:00pm है ।

1. जांचोपरांत छात्राओं द्वारा दी गई सूचनाएं/प्रमाण पत्र यदि गलत पाने पर उनका Exam form CANCEL कर दिया जाएगा।
2. Online आवेदन करने के बाद उसी समय हार्ड कॉपी कॉलेज में जमा करें, नहीं करने पर आवेदन अपडेट/स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

I. GUIDELINES TO FILL UP THE ONLINE Semester 3 Examination FORM

The following is required to fill up the online admission form:

1. Email id
2. Mobile Number
3. Scanned photograph in JPG/PNG format under 100 KB
4. Scanned signature in JPG/PNG format under 100 KB
5. Scannned Common Examination Form under 200 KB
6. Scanned Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG format under 200 KB
7. Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the payment link will be provided after the submission of all required documents.

II. ONLINE GRADUATION Part 3 Examination PROCESS

The online admission process will have the following 8 steps:

• Step 1: Visit the official website of Ishwar Shanti Mahavidyalaya, Jhakhra, Nautan, Bettiah
• Step 2: Please click on the "Online UG Sem3 Examination" button given on the home page.
• Step 3: When you click the link you will be shown a "Register for Online UG Sem3 Examination" form asking for various details.
• Step 4: On successful submission of information, you will also receive an e-mail on the e-mail ID provided by you in the Registration Form.
• Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.
• Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all required documents.
• Step 7: Download the Filled Examination Form and submit in the college.
• Step 8: Keep your documents with payment slip for future document verification.
